1. Who we are

Vietnam Fiber is a brand operated by Linxi Company Limited, a company registered in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. This privacy policy applies to the websites operated under the Vietnam Fiber brand, including vietnamfiber.com.

2. What data we collect

We collect the following categories of data when you interact with our site:

• Inquiry form data: name, email, company name, industry segment, PSF category of interest, target monthly volume, fiber grade preference, and technical document selections.
• Analytics data: anonymized page views, referrers, device type, country (derived from IP and discarded after geolocation), and on-site behavior. We use Google Analytics 4 for this.
• Communications: any emails or messages you send to us, plus our responses.

3. How we use your data

• To respond to your inquiry and provide quotes, samples, and technical documentation
• To follow up on inquiries and maintain the business relationship
• To improve our website (analytics tells us which pages are useful)
• To comply with applicable trade and tax regulations

We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising or remarketing.

• Resend — email delivery for inquiry responses. Data may transit through Resend's servers in the US.
• Vercel — website hosting and serverless function runtime
• Google Fonts — web font delivery (no tracking)

6. Your rights

You have the right to:

• Request a copy of the data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Withdraw consent for analytics cookies at any time (clear your browser's local storage for this site)
• Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority

7. Data retention

Inquiry data is retained for 3 years unless you request earlier deletion. Analytics data is retained per Google's default (14 months for user-level data, then aggregated).

8. Changes to this policy

We'll update this page and the "last updated" date if we change anything material. Material changes will be announced via a banner on the homepage for at least 30 days.
