Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions from international buyers — minimum order quantities, LC handling, sample requests, shipping terms, and certification documents.

We focus exclusively on Recycled Polyester Staple Fiber (PSF). Our technical range spans Spinning PSF, Nonwovens PSF, Filling PSF, and Specialty/Custom formulations (such as flame retardant, dope dyed black/colors, and low-melt bicomponent fibers). Deniers range from 1.2D up to 15D.
MOQ depends on the denier and color specifications. Standard recycled black or raw white PSF grades typically start at 1,000 kg. High-spec custom color matching or specialized deniers may require 5 to 10 metric tons per run. Please submit your spec requirements via our inquiry portal for exact MOQ details.
Yes. We routinely provide free sample bags (approximately 500g of loose fiber) to qualified textile manufacturers and procurement managers for lab verification. The buyer covers standard DHL/FedEx courier fees.
All our recycled polyester fibers carry Global Recycled Standard (GRS) and OEKO-TEX Standard 100 validation. Certified batch transaction documents are provided with every shipping container.
All our fibers are 100% manufactured in Vietnam. Our operating company is Linxi Company Limited, and our factory is located in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. This local Vietnamese origin ensures you benefit from trade agreements and tariff bypasses.
For standard grades, lead time is 7 to 14 days from order verification. For custom specs or high volume runs, production lead time is typically 20 to 30 days. Transit time depends on the destination port.
Most containers are loaded and dispatched directly from Ho Chi Minh City (Cat Lai port) or Cai Mep deepwater port. We support standard international terms including FOB, CFR, and CIF.
Sourcing recycled PSF from Vietnam allows you to bypass heavy anti-dumping duties and tariffs (such as Section 301 tariffs on Chinese goods in the US). Additionally, Vietnam has active free trade agreements like the EVFTA with the European Union, CPTPP, and RCEP. It acts as an optimal "China+1" supply chain partner.
