Customers are required to make a 20% deposit at the time of the purchase order. It usually takes 1 to 3 weeks for the fiber to be ready for loading.

Upon loading and delivery proof of shipping documents to the customer, see #shippingandlogistics for shipping options, customers are invoiced for the balance payment of the cargo.

In addition to wired transfers, we also accept letters of credit at sight and terms.

All fibers shipped out of Vietnam come with a government issued Certificate of Origin. Vietnam is the country with the second most free trade agreements, this Certificate is your proof of the product's origin.

Other documents you will receive are the Proforma Invoice, Packing List, Commercial Invoice, Bill of Lading, etc.
